The Faculty of Information and Communication originally began as the Communication program under the Faculty of Agricultural Business in 1997. It started offering a Master of Arts program in Communication and has continually produced graduates. On May 21, 2006, it was officially established as the Faculty of Information and Communication” by the Maejo University
The Faculty of Information and Communication prioritizes the four main missions: teaching, research, academic services to society, and the preservation of arts and culture. Currently, the faculty consists of 21 personnel, including 10 academic staff and 11 support staff. To support its core missions, the faculty has developed its curriculum by integrating both the art and science of information and communication with computer/software, resulting in the digital communication program.
